Do you take Insurance?

No. This is a private pay practice and Dr. Angelucci is considered an out-of-network provider. Patients / Families pay at the time of service and may ask to receive documentation (a superbill) that can be submitted to insurance for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Why is Dr. Angelucci listed as in-network elsewhere?

You may see Dr. Angelucci's name in insurance directories due to work with a separate employer. This is a private, independent practice and not affiliated with any insurance networks.

Medication refills

Refills are provided during appointments. Requests between visits require at least 3 business days’ notice. Early refill requests for controlled substances cannot be accommodated.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes, Secure, HIPAA-compliant telepsychiatry appointments are available. Patients must be physically located in Pennsylvania during the session.

What happens after I call or email Dr. Angelucci?

Depending on her availability, Dr. Angelucci will do her best to return your calls or emails. If she is able to return your call, she will conduct a brief phone screening and discuss next steps with you. During this phone screening, you are welcome to ask about fees and payment. 

If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. 

Is there a late cancellation policy?

Yes, for established patients appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 4 business days in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full session fee.
